We create professional feature sheets, photographs and videos of your property.
When you list with Welsh & Co., you get professionalism at all levels – and that includes all the marketing bits and pieces. Buyers can definitely see the difference when they look at a listing.
Your property will be well-presented with quality photography and video, as well as professional design on the feature sheets we hand out to other real estate agents and buyers.
When it makes sense, we even do drone videos.
For certain properties, such as rural properties with acreage, or properties with a great view, we'll recommend a drone video. Not only is it a very cool approach to presenting your home to new buyers, it's extremely effect.

Pictures are worth a 1,000 words... and that's why it's really important that buyers see a well staged home, both in photographs and in person.
When we stage a home, we prepare your home by organizing the interior elements so it appeals to the highest number of potential buyers.

We lease out large artwork and paintings to help give your home that 'WOW' factor.
Same philosophy as above, but from a different perspective.
One of the things we do differently with our staging is to bring in leased artwork when we believe it can dramatically change how a room is viewed – because, again, we know that pictures are worth a 1,000 words!
The transformation is often magical... and a few dollars spent on the rental can lead to a selling price that is dramatically higher. It can be a great investment.
