Not sure which town to call 'home'?

Within commuting distance to Toronto, there are gorgeous and expansive Townships such as Halton, Peel, Simcoe, York, Durham, Brock, and Kawartha Lakes, all with their own charming and unique little towns, and all perfect spots to relocate to.

One of the best ways to get to know the essence of an area, is to visit as many open houses as possible in a specific town and then stop for lunch in their downtown core. Talk to people. Talk to strangers in the local shops. Source out the local newspaper. Visit the Town Hall and grab brochures of highlights in the area.

We at Welsh & Co have often helped clients segue from busy city lives to urban country bliss. Unlike most Realtors, we DO serve our clients in the above mentioned areas by booking private viewings of select homes that suit their needs. Yes, we will go from town to town with you until you have narrowed down the field and we find you that perfect new place called 'home'.

We have sold homes from Burlington to Newcastle, and all around Lake Simcoe to Wasaga Beach, Keswick, and Beaverton.

As Realtors, we help our clients find the right town first, and then we find the right house. Whether you are looking to move closer to the cottage, or just away from the traffic, we can help. We get it.
